Board Plan (Matrix Cycle / Board Breaker)
Gamified board-based compensation. Members join a "board" (typically 8 or 15 positions). When the board fills, the leader cycles out with a bonus, and a new board starts.

Tiers
- Bronze Board, lowest entry, smallest cycle bonus
- Silver Board, medium entry, medium bonus
- Gold Board, higher entry, bigger bonus
- Platinum Board, top tier, largest bonus
Each cycle in Bronze promotes you to a position in Silver automatically.

- Cycle bonus when your board fills
