Every conversation that happens through your AI agent is logged with the full message history, timestamps, and metadata. You can search conversations by content, filter by date range, and review individual chat sessions to understand what visitors are asking. Lead Capture and Management

BPract Agents captures leads through three channels: pre-chat forms that collect name and email before the conversation starts, the capture_lead agentic action that the AI can invoke mid-conversation, and the collect-info endpoint that gathers structured data based on your configured fields. All leads are stored in the admin panel with status tracking so your team can follow up, mark leads as contacted, and add notes. Export to CSV is available for importing leads into your CRM.

Can I export conversation data?
Yes. Leads can be exported to CSV directly from the admin panel. Full conversation logs are accessible through the admin interface and can be exported for analysis.
How long is conversation history retained?
Conversation history is retained indefinitely by default. There are no automatic deletion policies. You can manually delete individual conversations or sessions from the admin panel if needed.
Does the analytics track individual visitor identity?
BPract Agents tracks sessions and captured lead information. It does not use cookies for cross-session tracking by default. Visitor identity is established when they provide their information through a pre-chat form or lead capture action.
